Our work flow

Drawings received for Quote

We can receive drawings through FTP, mail, drop box or any other means.

Sending Quote

We go through each and every design drawing in detail. Based on the drawings we provide our schedule and price.

Award of project

After receiving the purchase order or our signed code, we will start working on the project

AB drawings

Usually anchor bolt plan and detail drawings are the first delivery from our end though it can be changed based on client needs. We can deliver AB drawings within one day if project is small in size.

Advance Bill of Material (ABM)

Based on client needs, ABM can be provided at the early stage of the project so that client can do early material planning.

RFIs at start of project

All RFIs will be sent at the early stage of the project so that everybody gets enough time for answering the questions.

Approval drawings

We incorporate all RFIs reply and send approval drawings. If all RFI replies are not received then we can send drawings with clouds if client needs so.

Back from approval drawings

After getting back from approval drawings, we go through all the comments and make required corrections in model.

Issuing drawings for fabrication

After incorporating all comments we release the drawings for fabrication along with needed reports like Fabtrol lists, Bolt lists etc.
